Depending on your plan, OldUrl may provide:

• Other domain research and analysis features

OldUrl provides these tools to assist with domain research and does not guarantee the availability, quality, value, or future performance of any domain.

You may use OldUrl for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any decisions you make based on information provided by OldUrl.

You agree not to:

• Use OldUrl for unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, or security measures

A domain identified as expired, expiring, available, valuable, authoritative, or otherwise noteworthy does not guarantee that you can register or acquire that domain.

OldUrl is not responsible for:

• Domains being registered by another person
• Domain auctions or bidding outcomes
• Registrar or registry changes
• Changes in domain status
• Missed domain opportunities
• Domain purchases made based on information obtained through OldUrl

OldUrl may display domain ratings, backlink counts, referring domains, authority scores, traffic-related information, SEO metrics, and other third-party data.

These metrics are provided for informational and research purposes only. Metrics may differ between data providers and may change over time.

OldUrl does not guarantee that using or acquiring any domain will result in:

• Higher search-engine rankings
• Increased website traffic
• Improved SEO performance
• Increased revenue
• Higher domain authority
• A specific backlink profile
• Any particular business or financial result

You are responsible for independently evaluating a domain before making any decision.

OldUrl may allow you to upload CSV, XML, or other supported files for domain analysis.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any information contained in your files.

You must not upload malicious files, harmful code, or information that you are not authorized to use.

Uploaded files may be temporarily processed and stored as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Some OldUrl features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices, features, domain limits, and usage allowances are displayed on the OldUrl pricing page and may change from time to time.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal.
• Cancellation stops future renewals but generally does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
• Paid features remain available until the end of the applicable paid period unless your account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

OldUrl may change subscription prices, plans, features, or usage limits from time to time.

If a pricing change affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

Your continued use of the paid Service after the applicable change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated by OldUrl, subscription payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the available account or subscription-management options.

OldUrl may offer free plans, trials, credits, or limited-access features. Free usage may be subject to restrictions such as:

We may modify, restrict, or discontinue free plans, trials, credits, or usage limits at any time.

OldUrl and its original content, software, design, branding, logos, user interface, features, and technology are owned by or licensed to OldUrl and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from OldUrl's proprietary materials without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, names, logos, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

OldUrl may use third-party services, APIs, databases, registrars, payment processors, analytics providers, and other external services.

The availability and accuracy of information provided by these third parties are outside OldUrl's control.

We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, changes, or unavailability caused by third-party services or data providers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of domain information, domain availability, SEO performance, search-engine rankings, website traffic, backlink quality or quantity, domain authority, future domain value, business or financial results, or continuous availability of the Service.

OldUrl is a research tool. You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying information before making decisions based on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OldUrl and its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, losses related to domain purchases or registrations, missed domain opportunities, lost revenue or traffic, SEO performance, business interruption, data loss, or reliance on domain metrics or information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OldUrl's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to OldUrl during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OldUrl, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of another person's rights
• Files or information you upload to the Service
• Your unauthorized use of the Service
